Build me a macOS dictation app called OpenSuperWhisper that lets me record audio and get real time transcription right away.

I want it to work from the menu bar, with easy keyboard shortcuts, including a single modifier key option, and also let me start and stop recording with the middle mouse button or an extra mouse button. It should support hold to record too, so I can just hold the shortcut or button and release to stop.

Please include two transcription options, Whisper and Parakeet, and let the app download models inside the app. I also want drag and drop for audio files, with queued transcription so multiple files can be processed one after another.

Make it easy to switch microphones, including built in, external, Bluetooth, and iPhone Continuity mics. Support multiple languages with auto detection, and add Asian language autocorrect for Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. Keep it focused on Apple Silicon macOS.
