Build me a self hosted streaming server for my home media that feels like Netflix for movies and shows, and also has a Spotify style music player. I want a dark, polished interface with featured titles, continue watching, search, my list, watch history, seasons and episodes, resume playback, subtitles, quality switching, picture in picture, and auto next episode. For music, include albums, artists, playlists, a queue with shuffle and repeat, cover art, and a player that keeps going while I move around the app.

I also want an admin area where I can upload media through the browser, manage users, edit the home page rows, see storage usage, and fix or enrich metadata and artwork from an online movie database. It should handle movies, series, and music automatically from filenames and tags.
