Build me a desktop app called CutFlow AI for creators who want automatic video editing without uploading their files anywhere.

I want to drag a video into the app, have it analyze the audio, remove long silences or dead air, and show the result on a timeline with separate areas for video, audio, subtitles, and B roll. It should generate subtitles locally, make them look polished with nice font styling and word by word highlighting, and let me adjust the caption style before export. Add a fun option to show a little Claude crab animation with the captions.

The app should also try to keep captions away from the speaker’s face when possible. I want a clean modern interface that feels fast, with an asset browser, preview player, caption editor, auto cut button, B roll controls, and an export button that saves the finished video locally with burned in subtitles.

Use the existing Tauri, React, Rust, and TypeScript setup. Look up current docs online if you need to.
