Build me a Pencil.dev skill for Claude Code that helps it make better UI decisions instead of producing generic AI looking designs. I want it to act like a design playbook with clear rules for things like disabled button opacity, hover contrast, dark text color, letter spacing, and touch target size, so Claude can check those before it generates anything.
It should include a simple setup flow where I can pick a preset design style like dark, warm, or minimal, and then save those choices so future sessions use them automatically. I also want a few common layout starters for things like dashboards, lists, detail pages, modals, forms, mobile screens, and empty states, plus guidance for exploring an existing canvas before editing it. Please make the repo feel polished, with helpful docs, onboarding, setup instructions, and examples that show how to use it in Claude Code. If you need to look up current docs online while building it, go ahead.
