Build me a clean, open source CAD app that feels like AutoCAD, but in pure Rust.

I want a fast desktop app that also works in the browser, with a command line driven workflow, object snaps, layers, properties, dimensions, hatches, blocks, and DXF drawings. It should let me draw and edit common shapes like lines, polylines, circles, arcs, rectangles, text, splines, and points, then modify them with move, copy, rotate, trim, offset, fillet, chamfer, stretch, mirror, and explode. Please include paper space layouts, viewports, plotting to PDF, and export to SVG and PNG.

It should open and save DXF files, and if possible handle DWG too through an open source library. Make the UI feel like a real drafting tool, with a command bar, right click repeat, grids, zoom and pan, and the usual drafting shortcuts people expect. Use current docs online if you need to.
