Build me the ArtCraft Launcher as a small native app in Rust that lets people install, update, and open the apps in the Craft App Suite from one place.

I want it to show the full list of apps, tell me which ones are already installed and what version I have, and let me install the right download for my computer with one click. It should also check for updates from the app release pages, verify downloads before installing them, and let me open apps from the launcher itself. A tray or menu bar icon would be great too, so it can stay handy without taking over the whole screen.

Please make the interface polished and simple, with both a grid view and a table view, plus a light and dark theme. Support the main desktop platforms, and keep the app fully native, not browser based. If you need current docs for anything, look them up online.
