Build me a desktop and browser app for making motion graphics and visual effects, kind of like a simpler After Effects, but in pure Rust.

I want to be able to create compositions, add text, shape, solid, footage, camera, light, and nested layers, then animate everything with keyframes, easing, graph editing, masks, and a timeline that feels familiar. It should also support effects, layer styles, expressions, a render queue, and 3D layers with cameras and lights.
