Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a native design and prototyping app like Figma, but in pure Rust, focused on being fast, offline, and private.

I want the usual core workflow to work well, with frames, auto layout, components and variants, vector editing, styles, variables, and simple prototypes with screen to screen links. It should feel familiar for someone who has used a modern design tool, with a canvas, layers panel, design properties, assets, and an inspector for interactions and dev handoff. Make it open source, save files locally in a project format, and keep it snappy even with big documents.

If it helps, look up current docs online for anything you need, and build it in a way that can support desktop use first, with room for web later. I care more about a solid working editor with a clean interface than about fancy polish.
