Build me a Lightroom style photo app in Rust, with a clean and modern interface for browsing a photo library and editing RAW files non destructively. I want the basic workflow to feel like a real darkroom app, import photos, select one, make adjustments, and see the result update live without changing the original image.

Please include the main editing tools people expect, like exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, whites, blacks, white balance, vibrance, saturation, tone curves, color grading, and local masking for brushes and gradients. It should also support before and after viewing, presets, and export.

Make it run natively on macOS, Windows, and Linux, and if possible make it work in the browser too. Keep it fast and private, with all processing happening locally. If you need to look up current docs or examples online, go ahead.
