Build me a clean PDF app called PdfCraft, something like a lightweight Acrobat replacement that works fast and feels native.

I want it to let people open PDFs, read them nicely, search text as they type, select and copy text in the right reading order, and navigate with thumbnails, bookmarks, and page labels. It should also let users organize pages, rotate, delete, move, insert blank pages, and combine or split PDFs without messing up the original file. Make it support dark and light themes, single page and two page reading, and a distraction free reading mode.

If you can, include support for comments, forms, layers, attachments, and protected PDFs too. It should run offline, with no account and no telemetry, and work on desktop plus web. Use current docs online if you need to, and focus on making the experience polished and reliable.
