Build me an always on controller app for a WISP that runs on one PC or small Linux box and lets phones and browsers act like a screen for it.
I want the server to run on Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi, and Orange Pi, and keep running after reboot. It should open a local web app on port 8787, start with a simple first login password, and let me change it right away. The web app should have a map view for client location and ports, plus a settings area for things like business name, pairing, staff, and SMS reminders. Customers should be able to pay without logging in on a payment page using last name, first name, and the last 4 digits of a phone number.
If there is already an Android app and PC installer flow, keep those working too. Make sure it can be reached on the local network and, if possible, over Tailscale or Cloudflare for remote access. If you need current setup details, look up the latest docs online and match the existing project style.
