Build me a privacy first notes app that feels like a simple open source alternative to Evernote. I want people to be able to write, edit, organize, and search their notes without feeling like their private data is exposed.

The important part is that notes are encrypted on the user’s device before syncing, so the service should not be able to read them. Make the app easy to use, with a clean editor, notebooks or similar organization, and a smooth experience on web. If possible, set it up so the same project can also support desktop and mobile apps later.

Please include a basic account flow, syncing, local storage, and a way to import notes from other apps if that’s practical. A browser clipper would be nice too, even if it starts simple. Keep the code clean and open source friendly. Look up current docs online if you need to.
