Build me a React component development tool that gives me a live style guide for my components.

I want to point it at a folder of React components, then have it generate a clean docs site that shows each component, its props, and editable usage examples written in Markdown. It should run as a local dev server with hot reload so changes show up right away, and it should be easy to share with a team as a living component library reference.
