subframe7536/maple-font ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an open source monospace coding font project like Maple Mono, with smooth rounded corners, programming ligatures, and Nerd Font icons for use in editors and terminals. I want the font to feel clean and comfortable for long coding sessions, and I want a version that supports Chinese and Japanese too, with neat 2 to 1 alignment between Chinese and English text.

Please make the repo able to generate the font files, package them for download, and keep the customization options so people can turn ligatures or other features on and off. If there’s already a build setup here, wire it up so I can run it easily and produce the different font variants. Also make sure the project page or download page looks polished and clearly explains the available versions. If you need current font tooling details, look up the latest docs online before you finish.
