Build me a full stack notes app where people can sign up, log in, and manage personal notes in a clean dark themed dashboard.

I want users to create, edit, pin, search, and delete notes, with the list updating instantly in every open tab when something changes. Please add little toast messages when notes are updated and show how many people are connected right now. Make the notes list feel fast and polished, with loading skeletons, empty states, and smooth responsive cards.

The app should also handle pagination, search by text or tag, and keep requests efficient so typing in search does not spam the server. Protect the note actions so only logged in users can use them. Add basic security and rate limiting on the backend, and if a local database is not available, let it fall back to an in memory database so the app still runs.
