Build me a simple blogging app where people can sign up, log in, write posts, and read public posts without logging in.

I want a home page that shows public blog posts, a login and register flow with JWT based authentication, and a private dashboard where a logged in user can see their own posts, create new ones, edit them, delete them, and choose whether each post is public or private. Public posts should allow comments, and users should be able to add and delete their own comments. Private posts should only be visible to the owner, including their comments.

Please make it a modern React frontend with a clean Material UI look, and a Node and Express backend with MongoDB for storing users, posts, and comments. Use protected routes for the dashboard, save the token so sessions persist, and wire the frontend to the backend API cleanly.
