Build me a full stack web app called Open Repository for managing college project submissions digitally.

I want students to be able to submit their project details and files in one place instead of using email, pen drives, or paper copies. Teachers should be able to review submissions, check project status, and give feedback. Admin should be able to manage academic information and keep old project records organized so nothing gets lost.

Make it feel like a clean, practical project management system with login based access for different user roles, simple dashboards, and an easy way to track submissions from start to finish. It should store project history properly so older projects can still be searched and viewed later.

Use the existing MERN style setup in this repo and build both the frontend and backend so the app is ready to run. If you need to check any current docs or best practices while setting things up, look them up online.
