Build me a placement management web app for a college called IIPS PlaceIQ.

It should replace the messy Excel sheets, Google Forms, and WhatsApp groups with one system where students can register, admins can manage company drives, track who applied and who got shortlisted, record interview rounds, and mark offers and final placement status. I also want simple dashboards and stats so admins can quickly see how placements are going. Make it so students, admins, and super admins each have the right access, and keep the important rules like eligibility, status changes, and permissions enforced on the backend, not just in the UI.

Use a clean React frontend and a FastAPI backend with a PostgreSQL database.
