I'd like to create a collaborative documentation platform, basically a self-hosted, open-source version of something like Notion or Google Docs.

The main a feature is real-time collaboration, so multiple people should be able to edit a document at the same time and see each other's cursors moving around. The editor should be clean and block-based, using slash commands to add things like headings, lists, and other elements. Users should be able to organize documents into a knowledge base with nested pages and good search functionality.

I'd also want the ability to import and export documents, like to PDF, markdown, or Word files. It would be cool to add some basic AI helper features for things like summarizing text or fixing typos. Let's build this on a modern stack, maybe a React-based frontend and a Django backend. Please set the whole thing up with Docker so it's easy to self-host.
