Build me a browser based project planner for students and small teams.

I want it to let users plan a project with a task list, WBS style breakdown, Gantt chart, critical path view, resource planning, budgeting, and simple reports. It should run fully in the browser with no login or server, and save projects locally on the user’s computer. Users should be able to create, edit, drag, and organize tasks, set dependencies, see timelines, track progress, and view things like costs and workload.

Please include import and export for spreadsheet and CSV files, save and open a project file format, and make it work offline once installed. I’d also like a task board, some starter templates, light and dark mode, undo and redo, keyboard shortcuts, and the ability to share a copy of a plan through a link without uploading the data anywhere.

Make it feel polished and easy to use, and look up current docs online if you need to.
