Build me a clean personal website for my portfolio, based on this repo. I want it to feel like a polished 2019 style personal site, with a simple homepage that introduces me, shows what I do, and gives people an easy way to learn more about me or get in touch. Keep it modern, responsive, and good looking on mobile and desktop, with smooth interactions but nothing too flashy.

Use the existing Vue setup in the project, and make sure the site is ready to run, build, test, and lint cleanly. If you need to check current Vue or tooling docs online, go ahead. I’d like the finished site to be easy to maintain, with sensible components and a nice overall structure, but keep the scope focused on a personal website rather than a full app.
