Build me TrustDrop, a secure marketplace where digital creators can sell files like game assets, Blender models, mods, or templates without getting scammed.

Creators should be able to upload a digital file, set a price, add their Locus wallet, and have the file encrypted before storage. Buyers should only see a safe AI generated preview, not the real file. When a buyer pays through Locus Checkout and the payment is verified on chain, unlock a one time download token and pay the seller directly.

Also build an Improvement Room where a buyer can request changes, commit 20 percent into escrow, chat with the seller in real time, and then accept or reject the updated file. Include tipping too, either to a wallet or by email claim link.

Use Next.js, Supabase storage, Postgres, Locus payments, AES 256 CBC encryption, and WebSockets. Keep the UI polished and easy to understand. Look up current docs online if you need to.
