Build me a full stack task manager app where people can sign up, log in, and only see and manage their own tasks.

I want users to be able to create, edit, delete, and mark tasks as done or not done, plus search, filter, and sort them easily. Please also add a dashboard that shows task stats like how many are completed and how many are still pending. The design should feel modern and responsive on desktop and mobile.

Use a React frontend with a clean UI and a Node and Express backend connected to MongoDB. Add secure login with JWT and store passwords safely. Set it up so the frontend talks to the backend through API calls, and make sure the app is ready for local development with separate environment files. If you need to, look up the current docs online for any library details. Also make it easy to deploy later, since I’d like this to work well on services like Vercel and Render.
