Build me a simple local command line AI assistant for organizing files on my computer.

I want to type plain English requests like list what is in a folder, create a new folder, or move a file into another folder, and have the assistant figure out the right action and do it for me. It should run in the terminal, talk to a local Ollama model, and keep the conversation going until it gives a final answer. Please make it work with a small set of filesystem tools first, and keep it safe enough that it checks paths before moving things around.

I also want a clean little setup where I can change the model name and local server settings in one config file, then start it with one command. Use Python, and keep the interface simple and readable in the terminal. If you need current docs for Ollama or LangChain, look them up online.
