Build me a full stack marketplace app called SmartCart that feels polished and ready to show to recruiters.

I want shoppers to browse products from multiple shops, search and filter by category, price, rating, and stock, add items to cart, check out with Stripe, and place orders. Sellers should be able to manage their own shop, products, orders, and payouts. Admins need a dashboard where they can manage users, shops, products, orders, and see simple analytics like revenue and category breakdowns.

Please include sign up, login, protected pages, and role based access for customer, seller, and admin. Add product reviews and ratings, but only let verified buyers review. Also include live auctions with real time bidding. Make the UI responsive and modern with a nice marketplace look, and use server side rendering if that fits.

Set it up with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node, and make sure it runs locally with a seed that creates sample shops, products, and test accounts. If you need to check current docs for any libraries, look them up online.
