sveltejs/kit — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a streamlined web development toolkit for Svelte apps, something like SvelteKit. I want developers to be able to start a project quickly, build pages and app routes, run it locally, and then ship it to common hosting platforms without fighting a bunch of setup.

It should feel polished and reliable, with clear docs, examples or playgrounds for trying things, and separate adapter options for places like Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, Node, static hosting, and automatic deployment choices. Please include the core package, sensible defaults, formatting and linting, tests, changelogs, and contributor notes so it feels like a real open source project, not just a demo.
