Build me a fun little app called genact that looks like it is doing serious computer work, but is really just fake activity for joking around or making it seem like I am busy. I want it to have a command line version and a web version, and both should show different fake scenes like compiling code, downloading stuff, running security checks, mining crypto, boot logs, and other noisy terminal style activity.

Make it easy to run one or more scenes, change the speed, and start with a clean help screen that shows the available options. If it makes sense, let people list the scenes, choose specific ones, and have it keep going until they stop it or it runs for a set time. Please keep the look and feel like a convincing terminal demo, and if you need current Rust or web build details, look up the latest docs online.
