Build me a Windows desktop app for an interactive poetry piece called あんずよ. I want it to start with a simple opening screen showing the original poem vertically, then move into a hands on screen where the poem is rewritten in hiragana and each character can be dragged to change how it is read out loud. Moving a character up and down should change pitch, left and right should change length and tempo, pinching or the mouse wheel should change loudness, and dragging between lines should change the pause between lines. Double tap should reset that spot.

When the user presses a read button, it should speak the poem through VOICEVOX running on localhost and let them keep trying until the reading feels right. They should be able to save their version with a chosen name, upload the audio and settings to a cloud library, generate a QR code to a share page, and browse a garden like screen of everyone’s saved readings and tap flowers to hear them. If cloud upload fails, save locally on that PC. Make it ready for fullscreen kiosk use too. Look up current docs online if you need to.
