Build me a tool that can take a REST API definition, like an OpenAPI or Swagger file, and automatically generate a beautiful, interactive documentation website from it. This website should let developers not just read about the API endpoints, but also try them out directly in the browser to see how they work.

It should be a standalone set of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS files that I can easily host on any web server. It would also be great if you could package it up in a few different ways. For instance, create a version that's a simple npm package for single-page apps, and also a specific component for React projects. And for easy deployment, please include a Docker setup. The UI should look modern and be easy for anyone to use, from my own team to external consumers.
