Build me a web app for a multi location salon that helps employees and managers handle inventory and daily operations.

Employees should be able to log in, request supplies, report lash fixes, sign up for trainings, send suggestions, and quickly alert the front desk when they need help. Managers should get text alerts when new requests come in. Admins should have a dashboard where they can see request totals, manage stock, add shipments, update employee roles and locations, create and manage trainings, review lash fixes, and look at usage stats over time.

I want separate views for employees and admins after login, with a clean modern interface and simple forms for each task. Include user accounts, roles, sessions, and a MongoDB backed data model for the main records.
