Build me a full e commerce website called ShopNest that feels polished and ready to use. I want shoppers to be able to browse products, view details, sign in, add items to a cart, place orders, and see their order history in their profile. Please include a simple admin area where I can add, edit, and delete products, manage orders, and upload product photos.

Use React for the frontend and Node, Express, and MongoDB for the backend. I want cart state to work smoothly, user sessions to stay logged in with JWT, and product images to upload through Cloudinary. Please also wire up Razorpay for checkout, using test mode or placeholders if needed.

Set it up so I can run everything from the root folder, seed the database with sample products, and log in with an admin account after seeding. If you need to look up current docs online for anything, go ahead and do that.
