Build me a lightweight Windows desktop proxy client called Axis using Flutter. It should feel simple and polished, with a modern Material 3 style, light and dark mode, and customizable theme colors.

The app should be powered by the Mihomo or Clash core and let users import proxy subscription links, view and update their configurations, and switch between available proxy options without needing to edit files manually. Include a clean home screen that shows the current connection status and makes it obvious when the proxy is running or stopped.
