Build me a private meal diary app for my phone that works fully offline by default. I want to be able to take a photo of a meal, optionally send it to an AI service with my own API key to get a quick calorie and macro estimate, then review and fix the numbers before saving. If I do not set up AI, it should still work as a manual food journal.

I want a Today screen with daily totals, a progress ring for calories, and bars for protein, carbs, and fat. I also want goals that I can set myself or calculate from my profile, a history view for the last 30 days with a simple chart, and the ability to edit or delete any entry. Please include a basic food search with common foods and a custom food option too.

Keep everything local on the device, including photos and settings, with no account and no backend. Make it easy to run in Expo Go on a phone, and keep the design clean with light and dark mode.
