Build me a web app for event registration and attendance tracking.

I want three kinds of users, attendees, organizers, and admins, each with their own login and dashboard. Organizers should be able to create events, choose a category, set a seat limit, and manage their own events. Admins should review events, approve them before they go live, and see overall activity across the platform. Attendees should be able to browse published events, register for one only once, cancel before the deadline, and see their booking history.

Please include attendance tracking too, so organizers can mark people as present or absent, but only when it makes sense based on the event time.
