Build me a simple Todo app that uses MongoDB, Express and Node for the backend, React for the frontend, and runs cleanly in Docker.

I want a basic app where I can add, view, and delete todos in a browser, with the frontend talking to the backend API and the backend saving everything in MongoDB. Please make it work both locally and with Docker on an EC2 server, since this is for practice deploying the whole stack.

Set it up so the backend reads its database connection from env vars, and the frontend uses an API URL that gets baked in when it is built. I also need Dockerfiles for both apps, plus a compose setup that runs MongoDB, the API, and the React app together.

If anything needs current docs or a best practice check, look it up online. Keep it minimal and easy to run, and make sure the app works from the browser after starting the containers.
