Build me the backend for a telephony voice app called VOXA.

It should let a client connect to the API, send and receive audio, and save call recordings on the server. I also need endpoints for getting whatever token or access info the audio workflow needs, plus a simple way to test posting audio files and checking that the response works.

Please make it run cleanly with a basic Node server, use the env file for secrets, and set it up so it works locally and in Docker too. I already have some documentation and a schema in the repo, so follow those closely and wire the API to match them. If anything is unclear, look up current docs online if you need to.

Keep it practical and easy to run, with clear error handling, sensible folder structure, and a couple of simple test scripts so I can verify the audio endpoints quickly.
