Build me a macOS screen recording app called Screenize that feels like a free alternative to Screen Studio.

I want users to be able to pick a screen or a single window, start recording, and have the app automatically track the cursor, clicks, and keystrokes so it can add smart zooms, pans, and click effects without manual keyframing.
