Build me a simple web app for tracking IT assets and related requests, like computers, printers, routers, websites, internet connections, software, and users.

I want people to be able to log in, browse the dashboard, add new assets, edit existing ones, search for records, and see details for each item. It should also support trouble calls or support tickets, plus basic admin pages for managing users and accounts. Make it feel like a straightforward internal tool, not a flashy public app.
