Build me a Claude Code skill that helps set up a brand voice system for writing.

I want a guided flow where someone can start from scratch or give it existing writing, like website copy, emails, social posts, or even casual notes, and Claude should study that first if it exists. Then it should ask about 8 simple questions one at a time and generate two markdown files, brand-context.md and voice.md.

brand-context.md should capture who the brand is, who it speaks to, what the audience already believes, and what the brand stands for. voice.md should give clear writing rules, what to avoid, how to handle different channels, rewrite patterns, and anything needed so Claude does not sound generic.

Please make it work as an installable skill in Claude Code, with a command like /brand-voice-builder. Include example output files and a final check where Claude writes a sample piece using only those files, then tightens the rules if it still sounds like any brand. If you need to look up current Claude Code docs online, go ahead.
