Build me a small web app that lets people show off their skills on GitHub profiles and READMEs with clean SVG icons.

I want the main page to explain how it works, then let users type a comma separated list of tech names and instantly get a badge or image link they can paste into their profile. It should support things like how many icons per line and rounded corners, and it should look good in both light and dark mode without any extra setup.

Also include a simple icon browser or builder page so people can search available icons and see what the generated link will look like. Make sure it has a polished landing page, works well on mobile, and is easy to deploy. If you need current library or framework docs, look them up online first.
