Build me a simple notes app where I can add a note with a title and some content, see all my notes listed on the page, and delete any note I no longer want.

I want it to feel instant and clean, so when I add or delete a note the page updates right away without a refresh. It should show a loading state while notes are being fetched, and if there are no notes yet it should display a friendly empty message like, “No notes yet, add one above!”

Use a React frontend and a Node plus Express backend with MongoDB for storage. Keep it set up so the app works locally with the backend on one port and the frontend on another, and make the notes load automatically when the page opens. If you need to check current docs or best practices for anything, look them up online first.
