Build me a polished Chinese and English community website for “Go 夜读”, a weekly online Go meetup.

It should feel like the home for the project, with a clear intro, how to join the WeChat group and other communities, what the meetup is about, and links to the YouTube, Bilibili, Telegram, Slack, Twitter, and Facebook channels.
