Build me a Claude skill that takes a static logo and turns it into a polished animation.

I want to be able to give it a PNG, SVG, or JPG and ask for things like a fade in, bounce entrance, gentle pulse, smooth rotation, wiggle, or a waveform style motion. If the logo has both an icon and text, it should handle them separately or together and make the timing feel intentional. It should create Lottie JSON as the main output, then render preview files and final GIF and MP4 versions so I can quickly check the result before doing the full render.

Please make it smart about assets, check for missing files, resolve paths correctly, and make sure the final animation loops cleanly when needed. If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead. I want something I can use in Claude Code by just asking for a logo animation and then dropping in the image.
