Build me Self Shield, a parental control and device protection system for Android with a web dashboard for parents or admins.

I want the Android app to block websites locally through a VPN, filter content inside apps using accessibility features, block or schedule apps, and make it hard for a child to uninstall or bypass. It should support category blocklists like adult content, gambling, violence, drugs, and custom allow or deny lists. Admins should be able to push blocklist updates to devices.

The web dashboard should let an admin sign in, manage multiple devices, view activity logs, see screenshots and usage reports, approve temporary access requests, and control blocked apps and sites. Use Supabase for auth, database, storage, and row level security, with push notifications for device updates. Make the UI clean, modern, and usable in light and dark mode.
