Build me a desktop app for racing overlays that works with live telemetry from iRacing, and also has basic support for Le Mans Ultimate. I want it to feel like a polished overlay tool for sim racers, where I can run it on Windows, choose a simulator automatically, and show different widgets on top of the game in windowed or borderless mode.

The app should include things like an input display for throttle, brake, clutch, steering, a lap comparison screen that can save and compare reference laps, a tachometer or shift light, and a few small race helper widgets like standings, relative, pitlane help, flag info, and a corner or track trace view. Make the widgets configurable, resizable, and easy to arrange, with a settings screen for colors, layout, units, and when each widget is visible.
