Build me a simple banking demo app called Northstar Bank that has a React frontend and a Node and Express backend with MongoDB.

I want users to be able to register, log in, stay signed in after refresh, and log out. Use secure cookie based auth instead of storing tokens in the browser, and protect changing actions with CSRF. After login, show a dashboard with a clean overview of clients and account activity.

The app should let me create, view, search, edit, and delete client records. Each client should have a KYC status like Pending, Verified, or Rejected. I also want basic banking actions for each client, like deposit, withdraw, and transfer to another client, with validation so balances cannot go negative and transfers only work when allowed. Keep a transaction history for each client and let me filter it by type.
