Build me a clean repository for all my TuteDude course assignments, with each assignment kept in its own folder so it’s easy to open and review.

I want the projects to be simple, neat, and ready to show as my course work, mostly using basic web pages and whatever small scripts are needed for each task. Please make the structure easy to navigate, add a short README that explains what this repo is, and include clear names for each assignment so I can tell them apart quickly.

If any assignment needs a small frontend page, just make it look presentable and straightforward, nothing fancy. I’d also like the whole thing organized so I can add more assignments later without a mess. If you need to check current docs or best practices for anything, feel free to look them up online first.
