Build me a React frontend for a MERN app that handles user login and simple CRUD data management. I want a clean, modern interface where someone can sign up, log in, stay signed in, and then create, view, edit, and delete their records after they authenticate.

Keep it simple and easy to use, with clear forms, basic validation, loading and error states, and a nice dashboard style layout after login. If the backend endpoints are needed, wire the UI up in a way that makes it easy to connect to a normal REST API. Please make it work well in a Create React App project and keep the code organized so it’s easy to extend later.
