Build me an Android library that makes runtime permission requests really easy using RxJava 2.

I want it to work with Android M style permissions, but also automatically treat permissions as granted on older Android versions. It should let me ask for one permission or several at once, and give me back a simple yes or no result. I also want a more detailed mode that tells me for each permission whether it was granted, denied normally, or denied with the never ask again option.

Please include a small sample app that shows how to request things like camera permission from a screen and how to wire the request into a button tap. Make sure it’s safe to use from an Activity or a Fragment, and that the permission request happens during setup, not from a late lifecycle event that could cause loops or lost results.

If you need to check current Android or RxJava docs while building it, go ahead and look them up online.
