Build me a Telegram bot service that turns incoming emails into Telegram messages using Cloudflare Email Routing and Workers.

I want to be able to point a catch all email address at it, have any mail forwarded into Telegram, and optionally keep a backup copy sent to my own email too. The bot should let me bind it quickly from an init link, send message previews nicely in Telegram, and support viewing the original email for a limited time. It should also have simple controls for allowing or blocking certain senders, and some way to choose whether mail gets rejected, forwarded, or only sent to Telegram.

If possible, include the Telegram mini app style settings and a summary feature for emails, using Workers AI when available and a fallback to an OpenAI key if not. Make it easy to deploy on Cloudflare, and if you need current setup details, look up the latest docs online.
